Me and a couple of cousins took another trip up north. Sharla and I left on Thanksgiving morning for Pa at 4 am. Got to Wilma's place around 6 pm. We hung out for the evening and then left early the next morn to go to Md for a wedding of a friend of all of us. It was snow everywhere there. I told someone it was more snow then I have seen in my whole life. It would be quite possible that, that is true. We don't get snow very often here in Ga. Anyway it was a nice wedding and we seen and hung out with some friends we hadn't seen in quite a while. We went back to Pa for the rest of the weekend. It was really hard to leave all of my dear friends from up there and come back home. I guess I'm feeling a little sorry for myself right now. sob. We picked up Mildred and Eilleen and came home on Mon.
Reuben and Kristy were home over the weekend and they left again for Miss. before we got home so I barely seen them. I am planning on as soon as I get a heater to move back to their trailer while they are gone.
If ya'll think about it please pray for me. God has revealed some things to me that I had been praying about for quite a while. I'm glad he has shown me which way he was leading but its not always easy to accept things that he has planned for your life. So pray as I accept what he has for me and that I can be what God wants me to be. The chorus of a song has been on my mind a lot these last couple of days and I will share it with you.
It takes the stormclouds to form the rainbow, it take the night time to show the stars,
It takes the crushing to bring forth the fragrance of and make eternal lives withering flowers
It take the furnace the gold to brighten, the sculptors chisle with blow on blow.
the marbles shaft in such polished beauty, so trials makes Gods love to glow
Anyway I have to sign off and get some sleep so I can work tomorrow. God Bless! Naomi
